1. SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in Malaysia or Internationally. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), and your shipment’s destination.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order.
Peninsular Malaysia – Shipping charges are FREE for order above RM 100 in a single transaction. Any transaction below RM 100.00 is charged for a RM6.50 flat rate delivery fee.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) – shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order. Shipment fees shall paid seperately through email or phone enquiry, your order will ship out only when after you have paid your shipment charges. Alternately, you may directly make order through email us your purchase products and your exact delivery address.
b. International Order / Charges
We welcome international orders, but have no control over the customs charges and duty fees your country will charge, so you will be responsible for those in addition to the shipping costs.
Orders outside Malaysia are shipped via courier services and should take between 5 – 21working days upon order confirmation.

Our working hours is between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, 09:30 am to 1:00pm Saturday. (Except for public holidays).

Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
Order cannot be cancelled or changed once transaction is being approved.
For items in stock, you shall receive your order in 5-10 working days upon order confirmation.
If your ordered items are not delivered later than 21 days, please contact our Customer Service quoting your order reference contained in your Order Confirmation Email.
In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of the goods due to unattended receiver at the time of delivery, or inaccurate and incomplete address, additional deliver charges may apply.
RULNA BABYLAND is not responsible for shipping charges of returned packages due to missing or wrong information.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Any claims of incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 5 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount and the same form as the original payment type.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. You will not be required for the extra shipping charges for incorrect item/s being shipped.
Availability & Substitutions
If for any reason some goods are out of stock, or any reason beyond our reasonable control, our Customer Service will contact you and inform that if we have similar product that we can substitute or being delay in the delivery process until goods out of stock is being delivered to warehouse.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
